Bryan Mendenhall is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Grun Energy, where he focuses on the development, structuring, capitalization, and long-term ownership of utility-scale energy infrastructure across ERCOT and other strategic power markets.
Bryan brings more than two decades of experience spanning finance, operations, real estate development, construction, and large-scale project execution. Prior to founding Grun Energy, he founded Weston Dean Custom Homes in 2010 and previously held construction and operations leadership roles with Centex Homes, Wilshire Homes, Mercedes Homes, and Jimmy Jacobs Custom Homes.
His background combines operational execution with entrepreneurial capital allocation, enabling Grun Energy to approach infrastructure development with a long-term ownership and institutional partnership mindset.
Bryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
Felix Danciu serves as Chief Financial Officer of Grun Energy, where he oversees corporate finance, project structuring, capital markets coordination, commercial strategy, and long-term financial planning across the company’s energy infrastructure portfolio.
Felix brings extensive experience across renewable energy, battery energy storage, infrastructure development, financial modeling, project economics, commercial negotiations, and complex project execution. His work spans development, EPC, utility, and financing stakeholders, supporting disciplined underwriting and transaction execution.
In addition to his role at Grun Energy, Felix is affiliated with Elmcore, where he has contributed to strategic advisory and energy infrastructure initiatives across multiple segments of the power sector.
At Grun Energy, Felix focuses on capital structuring, project underwriting, transaction execution, and aligning development activities with long-term infrastructure investment objectives.
Felix earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government from Cornell University.
Keegan Lang serves as Chief Strategy Officer of Grun Energy, where he leads strategic growth, market development, relationship management, and commercial origination across the company’s energy infrastructure platform.
Keegan brings experience spanning renewable energy development, infrastructure partnerships, commercial strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Through his leadership with SilverFox Management and affiliated ventures, he has developed relationships across energy development, EPC, manufacturing, financing, procurement, and strategic commercial counterparties.
His work focuses on identifying scalable opportunities, building strategic partnerships, supporting project origination, and expanding infrastructure platforms through market intelligence and relationship-driven execution.
At Grun Energy, Keegan is responsible for strategic partnerships, pipeline growth, development origination, and market expansion across ERCOT and other strategic markets.
Keegan’s background includes renewable infrastructure operations, commercial development, EPC coordination, and formal project and business management training through Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
